The TLRN Implementation Plan (TIP) 2011/12 – 2013/14

Closed 5 May 2011

Opened 8 Apr 2011

Overview

The TLRN Improvement Plan (TIP) provides an overview of Transport for London's current intentions for improvements to the TfL Road Network (TLRN) for the next few years. The TIP details how these improvements contribute towards implementation of the Mayor's Transport Strategy and align with the requirements of the Network Management Duty introduced in the 2004 Traffic Management Act.

This is the second year that the TIP has been published. This year, the TIP has been updated to reflect the comments received from stakeholders, and to also reflect changes in priorities, funding and also the LIPs process.

The main purpose of this document is to provide identification, justification and prioritisation of specific proposals which, added together, make up the proposed portfolio of, small scale, TLRN Improvement Schemes.

TfL are currently seeking your views on the draft 2011/12 – 2013/14 TIP. Closing date for comments is 5 May 2011.
